It sounds simplistic, but any clients that choose to work with me are placing their trust in me with one of the largest decisions in their lives, and I take that very seriously.  My job consists of listening to people so I understand what is most important and how we can facilitate the best possible outcome for all parties involved.  Nearly 30 years ago I started working in the service industry, an important lesson still rings true today; a person can accomplish almost anything by listening, taking a genuine interest in others, and working through collaboration towards success.  Each person is unique and I pride myself on finding their "Why" in order to understand how I can be the "Right" professional for them

 In the competitive market that we are in I have worked to set myself apart as a Real Estate Professional that you want on your side.  I've trained and studied to increase my knowledge and skills to be in the top 3% of all Realtors in the US.  Across the country there are about 1600 Realtors total that have reached the education level of MCNE, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, I'm one of them, and can put that training and experience to work for you.  I am also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, soon to be a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  These two skill sets are complimented with the training I received in the Certified Results Agent series, where I learned how to better position clients that are either buying or selling property to put them in a power position before the negotiations even begin! 

 I have always loved design, form and function which are components of every home and space.  My ability to bring potential to life is an asset for those that need help visualizing and "seeing what could be."  While working with other clients in the past I have been involved in various aspects of projects from full blown remodels to refreshing spaces with color and increasing functionality to meet new needs.  Again, I consider this an honor to be a part of people's lives once they have completed a purchase or sale.  I'm about building long term relationships to be your trusted real estate professional for as long as you need me.
